When you plan a vacation, pack an after shave or similar scent that you've never used before. Use it daily during your stay and only during your stay. When you get back, put a little of it in a bottle, label the bottle with your vacation destination, "Paris 2011", or "Greece 2009". Line up your collection of bottles over the years. 

When you're ready to teleport, scan through your bottle collection, find the destination you want to visit, open the cap, close your eyes and inhale through the nose. Might also work with a custom vacation playlist.
